1. go into a 'hood and select create family

2. create a family with two or more people

3. the person/people that you want to be hacked kids, choose the kids/kid from the sim bin, then turn it into an adult!

4. when you have create your family, go and move them into a lot(this cheat might help you: familyfunds (familys name) 9999999)

5. now, when you are on the lot, press Ctrl+shift+c, then, when you have opend the cheat bar type in this: boolprop testingcheatsenabled true

6. press shift then click on a sim, then the menu thing comes up on them, click spawn then click tombstone of l&d, then do the same again, shift, click the sim, cick spawn, click on more, then click simsmodder at the bottom.

7. click on the baby (the sim modder) then click set age as 'child' WHEN YOU ARE ON THE SIM YOU WANT TO MAKE A HACKED KID! then it will turn into a kid

8. pause the game, open the cheat bar, and type in, moveobjects on , now delete the sim you just turned into a kid

9. now click on the tombstone of l&d, then click on where it says get family member, click on the sims name, and, VOILA! you have a hacked kid!

Wanna get boobed meshes you say? IT'S EASY! 

All you have to do is go to the sims 2 exchange and there will be a massive range of boobed meshes and the boobed skins to choose from ; D
